48-hour Leavened Pizza – Light and Easy to Digest
Our pizza is made with high-quality Italian flour and naturally leavened for 48 hours, making it soft, airy and easy to digest.
Each pizza is hand-rolled and topped with selected ingredients such as mozzarella fiordilatte, burrata, Parmesan cheese, San Marzano tomatoes and Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Artisanal Italian Gelato
Our gelato is produced with a clear philosophy: only authentic ingredients, imported directly from Italy. We use Italian milk, fresh cream, selected fruit, Bronte IGP pistachios, pure cocoa and natural vanilla.
It is prepared every day in small batches, following traditional Italian techniques — without industrial bases or unnecessary additives.
